Dear colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to announce the upcoming 74th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Cardiovascular and Endovascular Surgery (ESCVS), which will take place on 17–19 September 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The ESCVS, founded in 1952, is recognized as the oldest society dedicated to cardiovascular medicine worldwide and continues to play a pioneering role in advancing the fields of cardiac, vascular, and endovascular surgery. With more than seven decades of leadership, ESCVS meetings have served as a stage for groundbreaking scientific debate, the introduction of innovative techniques, and the growth of an international community committed to improving cardiovascular health. The 74th edition will carry this tradition forward, fostering world-class scientific exchange and shaping the future of cardiovascular and endovascular care.
The 2026 congress will be held at the Contemporary Art Center (CAC) in Vilnius Old Town, a remarkable venue that combines history, architecture, and modernity in a unique way. The CAC, known for hosting some of Europe’s most dynamic cultural and intellectual events, provides an inspiring and creative environment that will perfectly complement the spirit of innovation driving cardiovascular and endovascular surgery today. Located amid the cobblestone streets and rich architectural heritage of Vilnius Old Town - a UNESCO World Heritage site - the venue promises delegates not only cutting-edge science but also the chance to experience the charm, culture, and beauty of Lithuania’s capital.

We are looking forward to seeing YOU in Vilnius!
Ergun Demirsoy
President of the ESCVS
